Premier is customer-hosted or Dedicated Cloud Stack, quoted with sales. Seats are €150 per user/month.
- How does billing work?
- Essential: €150 per user/month, usage-based, no annual commitment. Professional: from €650/month (1 user with quarterly Success Engineer engagement); invoiced for 12, 24 or 36 months. Premier: from €4,400/month (10 users included, weekly Success Engineer engagement). Dedicated Cloud Stack is +€1,400/month on Premier. Add users in any quantity. - No user minimum on Professional. Minimum purchase: 10 users on Premier. Additional users: any quantity. Managed Splunk Enterprise Instances: €100/month each.
- Can we use our own LLM provider keys?
- Yes, on request (Professional and Premier). On Deslicer Cloud you may use Deslicer-provided models or supply your own API key. On customer-hosted you connect your own provider—OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and similar.
- What does on-prem onboarding cost?
- Professional on-prem implementation starts from €8,000. Premier onboarding starts from €25,000. Both are one-time and outside the monthly price.
- What is Standard?
